Shiv Nadar University (SNU), recognized as Institution of Eminence by Govt of India is located in Dadri Tehsil. Dadri Development Project (DDP) is initiated with prime intention to uplift the landscape and empower the community living in the neighborhood of SNU. The interventions planned cover the themes like Education, Health, Environment, Infrastructure, Skill Building, etc.
Position Summary:
Program officer (Ops) will oversee the teams on-ground on a day-to-day basis, allocate resources for effective program implementation, interact with implementation partners and beneficiaries, gather data, and financial process like invoicing. Work closely with Monitoring and evaluation officer and project manager.
Responsibilities:
- Overall responsibility for effective and timely on-ground implementation of the projects
- Prepare program implementation plan in collaboration with internal team and implementation partner
- Allocation of Human, material and monetary resources for effective execution.
- Design, develop and monitor work plans, milestones and indicators
- Work on strategy for new launch sites, and induction of implementation partner and its personnel
- Provide inputs for planning and implementing of new projects, as need arises
- Undertake regular field visit to intervention sites
- Assist the internal team in conducting on-ground work
- Engage with partners to review opportunities, challenges and advances and encourage collaboration, learning, exchange and strategic partnerships
- Identify lessons learned and develop case studies to capture qualitative outputs of the project. Provide advice to the project manager on planning for effective implementation
- Document success stories and lessons learnt, produce reports from on-site observations and present it to the project team, as required
- Organize and undertake training with collaborating partners on implementation strategy
Knowledge, Skills and experience:
- Bachelors/Masters’ degree with at least 4-6 years of experience in the community projects implementation.
- Experience in designing, implementing, and operating project from project initiation to exit stages.
- Good Communication skills
- Flexible, self-motivating, able to manage multiple tasks efficiently, and team player. Ability to learn and work independently
- Project management skills with an ability to work with the team in a challenging and fast paced environment, and manage multiple priorities, projects and deadlines
- Travel: 15 to 20 days in a month in and around Dadri, stay not required at the visiting location
- Languages : English and Hindi (read/write/speak)

Position Summary:
Program officer (M&E) will support the program monitoring, collecting the data and analyzing it to measure the effectiveness of the program. S/he shall also be responsible to guide the team based on the data analysis.
Responsibilities:
- Collect data on a regular basis to measure achievement/progress against the performance indicators
- Maintain, update and administer the M&E database; analyze and aggregate findings
- Initiate and conduct baseline studies (involving both quantitative and qualitative research methods), project progress reporting, project mid-term review and final evaluation
- Identify areas where technical support to project partners is required. Organize refresher training on M&E for partners, as required
- Undertake regular field visit to intervention sites and partner’s office for physical verification of Means of Verification of data provided in report
- Identify lessons learned and develop case studies to capture qualitative outputs of the project. Provide advice to the supervisor on improving project performance using M&E findings.
- Produce reports on M&E findings and prepare presentations based on M&E data, as required
- Check that monitoring data are discussed in appropriate forum and in a timely fashion in terms of implications for future action
- Regular review of programmatic, financial and compliance reports and data submitted by partners quarterly and provide suitable constructive feedback, if any.
- Organize and undertake training with collaborating partners on M&E as required
- Consolidate and represent data for Annual Report, presentations, Management Meetings, etc.
Knowledge, Skills and experience:
- Bachelors/Masters’ degree with at least 4-6 years of experience in development sector.
- Experience in designing, implementing, and operating project M&E systems from project initiation to exit stages.
- Knowledge of the major evaluation methodologies (e.g. qualitative, quantitative, mixed-method, and impact) and data collection and analysis
- Good Communication skills
- Flexible, self-motivating, able to manage multiple tasks efficiently, and team player. Ability to learn and work independently
- Project management skills with an ability to work with the team in a challenging and fast paced environment, and manage multiple priorities, projects and deadlines
- Travel: 8 to 10 days in a month in and around Dadri, stay not required at the visiting location

Responsibilities:
Operations:
- He/she shall ensure implementation of defined project deliverables as per Project Academic Calendar.
- He/she shall ensure all project related tasks and activities are planned and executed in a timely and effective manner.
- He/she shall act as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for all project related communications/directives/instructions/requests between the organisation and the different stakeholders. He/she shall also ensure smooth communication exchange between the two parties.
- Liasoning with Government/ PRI
- a.As SPOC for the organisation, he/she shall be responsible for all the coordination and communication with DM, BSA, NIC and other relevant stakeholders/departments for effective implementation of the project.
- He/she shall work towards devising strategies for effective utilisation of different stakeholder’s funds for the benefit of the project, its execution and its expansion.
- c.He/she shall work towards maintaining a healthy coordination between different stakeholders involved in the project to ensure smooth and proper flow of instructions and directives between them.
- He/she shall also explore partnerships with other non-government entities working in the similar domain that can contribute in any possible way for the project.
- Ensure Mentoring and Monitoring visits to schools as per defined visits.
- To fill and maintain all organisation defined data formats/checklists/reports as per timelines and ensure relevant data is transferred via organisation suggested channels.
- He/she shall devise mechanism of data collection, entry and transfer in coordination with the central Data team of the organisation.
- To facilitate and organise meetings between the organisation and Govt officials as and when required.
- He/she shall always strive to increase the reach of the Project and its various initiatives.
- He/she shall ensure weekly/monthly/quarterly project reviews with the relevant Government departments and stakeholders (DM/CDO/BSA etc.)
- In addition to the above points, he/she shall be liable to take additional responsibilities as and when entrusted upon from time to time

Audit:
Data:
- He/she will be responsible in preparing data base report in excel and presentation in power point as per requirement.
- Identify, analyse, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
Procurement:
- Coordination with SNF procurement team for various requirement of the project.
