Vijay holds an experience of 25+ years in the social sector with an expertise in elementary education, adult literacy and project management. Prior to joining SHIKSHA Initiative, he has worked with Bharti Foundation as a Project Head (Quality Support Program) in Rajasthan and Delhi. He has served as an Executive Director at National Coalition for Education. He has also worked at Room to Read India Trust as State Coordinator for Madhya Pradesh. Vijay has also been involved as Research Associate at State Resource Center for Adult and Continuing Education. In SHIKSHA Initiative, Vijay leads the adult literacy program- SHIKSHA+ through development of strategies and processes for effective implementation of the program. He holds a Master’s Degree in Sociology and English.

विजय सामाजिक क्षेत्र में कार्य करने का लगभग 25 वर्षों से अधिक का अनुभव रखतें हैं जिसमें से विशेष अनुभव रखतें है प्रारम्भिक शिक्षा, प्रौढ़ शिक्षा और प्रोजेक्ट प्रबंधन के क्षेत्र में| यह राजस्थान और दिल्ली में भारती फ़ाउंडेशन में प्रोजेक्ट हैड ( क्वालिटी सपोर्ट प्रोग्राम ) के तौर पर कार्य कर चुके हैं| इन्होने नेशनल कोलिशन फॉर एडुकेशन में बतौर एक्सिक्यूटिव डायरेक्टर काम किया है साथ ही इन्होने मध्य प्रदेश में रूम तो रीड इंडिया ट्रस्ट में स्टेट कोर्डिनेटर के पद पर भी कार्य किया है विजय रिसर्च एसोशिएट के तौर पर प्रौढ़ एवं निरंतर शिक्षा में स्टेट रिसौर्स सेंटर में भी कार्यरत रहे| शिक्षा इनिशिएटिव में विजय प्रौढ़ शिक्षा कार्यक्रम शिक्षा+ की रणनीति और प्रक्रिया का निर्माण बेहतरी से लागू हो सके इस प्रयास को लीड कर रहे हैं| यह अँग्रेजी और समाजशात्र में परास्नातक हैं|
Pranjal Kumar Baruah
Pranjal holds 21+ years on industry experience in the field of IT Project Management and IT Infra Management. He has also served as technology consultant and technical solution provider in several of his roles. He is a qualified Software engineer with a Master’s Degree in Science. He is also a Microsoft certified Trainer, Professional Developer and Technology Specialist along with being a certified Oracle and ITILv2 professional. In SHIKSHA Initiative, Pranjal is heading the IT vertical of the program and supporting in technology integration and solution development. He leads a versatile team of ICT Content Developers, Graphic Designers, Business Analyst and Solution Architect.
प्रांजल कुमार बरुआ
लगभग 21 वर्षों का इंडस्ट्री का अनुभव रखने वाले प्रांजल आई टी प्रोजेक्ट मैनेजमेंट और आई टी इन्फ्रा मैनेजमेंट में अनुभवी हैं उन्होने विभिन्न जिम्मेदारियों का निर्वाह करते हुए टेकनोलोजी कंसल्टेंट और तकनीकी समाधान प्रदाता के रूप में भी कार्य किया यह एक योग्य सॉफ्टवेयर इंजीनियर हैं जिनके पास विज्ञान की परास्नातक डिग्री भी है साथ ही यह माइक्रोसॉफ्ट द्वारा प्रमाणित प्रशिक्षक, योग्य डेवलपर और तकनीकी विशेषज्ञ भी हैं साथ ही ओरेकल से प्रमाणित हैं और ITILv2 के ज्ञाता हैं| शिक्षा इनिशियटिव में, प्रांजल कार्यक्रम के आई टी विभाग का नेतृत्व करने के साथ साथ प्रौद्योगिकी एकीकरण एवं समाधान विकसित करने में भी सहायक हैं| यह एक योग्य टीम का नेतृत्व भी करते हैं जिसमें आईसीटी कंटेन्ट को विकसित करने वाले, ग्राफिक डिज़ाइनर, बिज़नस विश्लेषक और समाधान निर्माता हैं|

With Master’s in Development Studies and Masters of Business Administration in Human Resources, Preeti Sharma has worked extensively in the field of education, youth development, health and livelihood over the span of 20+ years. Preeti has also been a part of the developer’s team of TARA Akshar Plus, one of the most successful literacy programs. She joined SHIKSHA Initiative in 2016 and is currently leading the Academic Team with complete focus on designing educational interventions to uplift education standards in primary schools in the country. She has played in pivotal role in designing need based programs like – SHIKSHA Ki Goonj and SHIKSHA Kiran.
प्रीति शर्मा
डेव्लपमेंट स्टडीस और एच आर – बिज़नस एड्मिनिसट्रेशन में परास्नातक हैं 20 वर्षों का बेहतरीन अनुभव रखने वाली प्रीति शिक्षा, युवा विकास, स्वास्थ्य एवं रोजगार के क्षेत्र में कार्य करने का खासा अनुभव रखती हैं यह एक बहुत ही सफल साक्षरता कार्यक्रम तारा अक्षर प्लस के विकसित किए जा रहे समय में उस टीम का भाग रह चुकी हैं| इन्होने 2016 में शिक्षा इनिशियटिव में काम करना आरंभ किया और वर्तमान में शैक्षिक टीम का नेतृत्व कर रही हैं उनका पूरा ध्यान देश में शैक्षिक हस्तक्षेप द्वारा प्राथमिक विद्यालयों के शैक्षिक स्तर में सुधार ला कर उसको ऊपर उठाना है उनका मुख्य सहयोग रहा आवश्यकता के अनुसार कार्यक्रम की रूपरेखा निर्धारित करने में जैसे शिक्षा की गूंज और शिक्षा किरण कार्यक्रम में|
Mayank Sinha
An alumnus of Indian Institute of Information Technology, Allahabad and with a Master’s of Science degree in Mathematics-Operations Research from University of Allahabad, Mayank is astute management professional with over 20+ years of experience in the domains of ITeS, ICT, Education, Operations domains. Skilled in project Management, Mayank has worked with Zee Learning and Educomp Solutions before joining SHIKSHA Initiative as an Associate General Manager. In SHIKSHA Initiative, Mayank is leading and managing Expansion Project of SHIKSHA Initiative that runs in collaboration with the Government of Uttar Pradesh. His expertise in developing business strategies, cost optimization, new project development & implementation, process reengineering and liasoning with senior government functionaries has led to an exponential growth of SHIKSHA Initiative in multiple districts of Uttar Pradesh.
मयंक सिन्हा
इंस्टीट्यूट ऑफ इन्फॉर्मेशन टेकनोलोजी, प्रयागराज के पूर्व छात्र रहने के साथ ही इलाहाबाद विश्वविद्यालय से परास्नातक की डिग्री गणित – ओपेरेशंस रिसर्च में प्राप्त कर चुके, मयंक एक दक्ष मैनेजमेंट पेशेवर हैं लगभग 20 से अधिक वर्षों का अनुभव आईटी, आईसीटी, शिक्षा, ओपेरेशंस कार्यक्षेत्र में रखते हैं| शिक्षा इनिशियटिव में एसोशिएट जनरल मैनेजर के पद पर आने से पूर्व प्रोजेक्ट प्रबंधन में कुशलता रखने के साथ साथ मयंक ने ज़ी लर्निंग और एजुकोम्प सोलुशंस में कार्य किया है| उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार के सहयोग से चल रहे एक्सपेंशन प्रोजेक्ट के शिक्षा इनिशियटिव का वर्तमान में मयंक नेतृत्व कर रहे हैं, संबन्धित रणनीति, नए प्रोजेक्ट का विकास और उनको लागू करना, प्रणाली में फेर बदल ( पुर्रचना) कर उसको और सुघड़ बनाना और वरिष्ठ सरकारी अधिकारियों के साथ उनकी व्यवहार कुशलता के द्वारा ही उत्तर प्रदेश के विभिन्न जिलों में शिक्षा इनिशियटिव की तेज़ी से बढ़त हो रही है|
